The Victoria Yard of the Esquimalt & Nanaimo Railway hasn't seen any trains since being shut down for safety reasons in 2011. Since that time, residential condominium development has closed in on the yard and its historic roundhouse from all sides. That hasn't stopped a family of deer from taking over the tracks.
